Rob is VERY unprofessional he repeatly grabbed/scratched/adjusted his private area during the property showing (I have it on video) Ben doesn't return text/phone messages he just dissappeares and then acts as if he was waiting on you and poor Julie is stuck trying to fix whatever mistakes they have made (several weeks into closing the deal she ask me for my last name and birthday in order to run my credit which I was told was ran in the very beginning and was the reason I had to pay 6 months rent up front) not once did anyone apologize or own up to all the mistakes made ...There were too many to list here . I had every desire to rent the property however they kept dropping the ball and pointing the finger at the other person The customer service was HORRIBLE but Maybe i expected too much considering the other reviews I've read on the company I just figured it would be easy due to it being such a small property but now I know why the space has been vacant for over 3years I'd advise any and everyone to go with a different company...I'm not sure how they're even still in business
