this place is beyond horrible, my step dad died on1/1/18 because of the holiday my son took my mom(79) to get arrangements the 2nd ,they claimed all in order he was to be direct cremate and ashes picked up to take to Dixon VA cemetery because they dont deliver. paid in full , my son returned to his out of town job i live out of state, we get 3 days bereavement ', date set for 1/16 funeral plenty of time, well no calls to confirm complete no return phone calls, I finally reached a woman said hospital never sent signed paperwork this is a week later, ok my mom calls they were sent but will refax, call funeral home she will go look when she gets time she is busy now. 2 more days go by, my mom gets a call waiting for payment before can proceed???? paid in full 2 weeks a go.they will call back.... nothing mom goes with a friend no they home says "im sorry madam your husband is not here"????? another lady comes out and says here is the file you need.Finally 23 days later he is cremated never got a call to pick up ashes my son returned from out of town ans went over there.2 days later we have celebration of life and next day funeral at VA in Dixon we get a phone call next day a lady says your cremains are ready to be picked up?????? who did we bury??? oh i meant death certificates OH MY GOD never go her with your loved one.
